Japan to subsidize energy-efficient plants

According to the article “Japan to subsidize energy-efficient plants” (August 19, 2010) by Leika Kihara, published on www.reuters.com. Japan’s government plans to support the domestic plants to produce clean energy and economical goods such as Lithium battery cells for electric vehicles. Another purpose of this subsidize is to straighten out the dead line of subsidy cripple at householder to acquire the energy-efficient consumer.

It will also broaden a housing loan program, which was planned to be end by this year. This will be lead to the decrease in fixed rate loans on energy efficient and quake resistant homes for the next 35 years.

In my opinion, it is very courageous for Japan to start dealing with the global warming issues seriously. Many countries are happier seeing their economic growth high while pollution is getting worse. Japan has always been the first to tackle the issue and now seeing opportunity in the crisis it has made green energy its top priority products.

N Korea calls for Japanese apology, reparations for colonial rule

North Korea has blamed Tokyo for being unjust by offering only South Korea for its annexation of the Korean Peninsula a century ago. North Korea though has no diplomatic relations with Japan for a long time, mainly over the incidents that has happened late 1970s and early 1980s as part of North Korea’s espionage.

North Korea has expressed anger on the Japanese for the act that happened during 1910-1945 that the Japanese forced North Koreans to become labors and sex slaves while occupying the peninsula. Japan “should make immediate apology and reparation for the hideous crimes committed against the Korean people,” the North’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement carried by the country’s official Korean Central News Agency.

It has pressured Japan to “immediately roll back its hostile policy” towards North Korea. The statement by North Korea came about a week after Naoto Kan, Japanese prime minster, has apologized for the damages suffered by his country from the occupation and North Korea had expressed “deep remorse.” The statement by North Korea stated that Japan should repent and apologize to “all victims for the past without any precondition and discrimination.”

This team of specialist will put together from a short -term to long-term employment support plans, as “new graduates are facing difficulties in finding employment opportunities”, a government official said last Saturday.

100% of Honda civic in Japan is going to be “Hybrid”

In Japan Honda Civic is one of the most popular car models, thus their plan is to change from the normal civic to hybrid civic. Honda will only manufacture hybrid civic starting in 2011. Moreover, Honda had planned to build a smaller car and vehicle using the clean diesel technology.

By 2013, Honda says that they will have as many as hybrid models in its domestic and international market. Not only the hybrid civic but also the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle will be introduced in the same year.

Hybrid technology appears to be one of most intriguing innovation for Honda. They start to phase out the older technologies and focus on hybrid engine. Honda hopes that an increased manufacturing of car batteries will allow their scale. If all goes well, hybrid civic would cost the same or even less than those that use the older technology.

In my opinion, global warming is one of the most danger problems we encountered. It causes many disasters, such as the higher in temperature, flooding and earthquake. Carbon dioxide is one of the factors causing the global warming. Carbon dioxide mostly produced by the vehicle, changing all of the car into hybrid engine would cause the reduction in carbon dioxide. It would reduce the carbon dioxide produced by vehicles; therefore using hybrid car would be one of the choices to save our world.

Some Japanese students still have motivation problem

The lost of interest in school among Japanese student interest me because I have similar problem. This problem is spreading around the world because now there are a lot of entertainments to keep them busy from school and they will skip school with friends instead of study. Moreover, the high pressures from parent also make some student feel boring about education system because they do not understand the importance of school.Violence in school is the second reason why some Japanese students lost their motivation to go to school. There are concerns that school violence in Japan, which teachers say is the reason to the failure of human relations between parents and children, as well as teachers and students.

In my opinion, Japanese student have the high responsibility about their education and the Japanese education standard is in the fifth place over the world .However, I think Japan have too much entertainment for make students not interested to education. For example game, fashion and high technology.

What is Japanese education system today???

At present the Japanese education system has improve a lot after World War II there are divide into 4 segments which are primary, junior high school, high school and university. A school year has three terms: summer, winter and spring, which are follow by a holiday period. The school year start in April and ends in March of the following year. An elementary school (from 6 years) and junior high school (3 years) 3 years of high school and 4 years of university respectively.

In my opinion, Japanese education system is very different from Thailand. For example, Japanese students have more responsibility than Thai student. We can obviously see from every subject competition between Thailand and Japan. However, it is obviously seen that Thai rules are stricter than Japanese .For example, uniform and hair style.

I choose this topic because I want to describe the information about Japanese education system for show every Thai student to put more effort about their study.

38-year-old Nishizawa recaptures OPBF super middleweight crown

The big changes of Japanese boxing make many fans shock about the result becauseYoshinori Nishizawa the oldest Japanese boxer bitt Paula Tuilau, the super middle wage crown and win Oriental-Pacific Boxing Federation (OPBF) champion. In the fight Nishizawa shows his fans with the powerful right punch and finished Tuilau at 2 minutes and 59 seconds in the fifth rounds out of twelve rounds. Moreover, Nishizawa improved his record to 25 wins, 12 by KO, against 14 losses and 5 draws, while Tuilau fell to 15-11-5 with 11 KOs.

In my opinion, Nishizawa must retire from boxing at the age 35 because most of the Japanese boxer, whose age over 35 will be replace from the younger boxers but not Nishizawa. At the age 35 he can break the record of many boxers. I think after he retires no one can forget his fighting style and his picture will stuck in our mind forever.

I choose the story of Nishizawa because I want to show the reader who read my site that, “You shouldn’t give up doing the thing that you love “.Moreover , Nishizawa also a good example for every people who want to follow their own dream and never easy to give up.

Japanese Stars Who Could Be On The Move This Summer

I am interested in Football. I watched many matches in Word Cup 2010. I supported Asian teams because I live in Asia Continent. There are four Asian countries that qualified into FIFA World Cup 2010. Japan shows the best performance in this World Cup. Therefore, it makes European teams start looking at Japanese players. The most impressive Japanese player is Keisuke Honda.

A lot of people are talking about his recent form with Japan. With only four matches played in World Cup, he scored two goals and one assist in creative midfield position. Keisuke Honda, who recently playing at CSKA Moscow, linked with many prestige European clubs such as Real Madrid, AC Milan, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur.

In my opinion, He is a very talented and creative player, and he has potential to play for any European team. Hence, he will get more interested in many clubs from now on. Moreover, I think his price will sharply increase more than 20 million because now Honda shows over the world in FIFA World Cup 2010 that he is the best in Asia. In the future I think his price will continues increase until age 30.

The movie schedules in June next year at Imperial Theatre in Tokyo. There are many people interested about her taking a role in this movie. Yonekaura, who won a national beauty award in 1992, said she will be under great pressure because it is the first time for Yonekara to perform in these kinds of character.

In my opinion, Ryoko, who is 34 years old, is one of the best actresses of all times in Japan. Furthermore, she is outstanding on the stage. She is famous for her acting on Broadway musical. As I have mentioned her abilities above, she has many experienced on her actress career. For example, the movie name Love Revolution, Fushin no Toki and Warui Yatsura. Therefore, I believed she has enough potential to do well on this role.
