Honda's U.S. output profit

Honda Motor Co, the first Japanese company that produce car in U.S, said the company’s success in moving production is the guard profit from the yen against the dollar. In July the percentage of the company profit in US, Canada, and Mexico was steadily increased from 82 to 89 percent. On the other hand, Toyota Motor Corp and Nissan Motor Co just made 68 percent of vehicle sold in US.

"Honda's high rate of local production in the U.S. is a clear advantage," Yoshihiro Okumura at Chiba-Gin Asset Management Co. in Tokyo said. "They will benefit even more in the U.S., this sentence provided a lot of pressure to other vehicle company.

In my opinion, Honda Company is very successful at this time because of US citizen give a good feedback about the Honda vehicle. Moreover, at present the price of yen money was sharply increased 4.4 percent against the world's 16 major currencies this year .Therefore, I think Honda will produce the new product in this year to earn high profit.
