Apple Company in Japan has changed their websites to improve the IPod Nano program easier to research information on accident during the recharging because there are many people complaint about this problem. Moreover, some user also complaint that finding the IPod Nano program is very difficult on Japanese websites. Therefore, Apple is trying to fix this problem as soon as possible because Japan is the biggest regular customer.IPod Nano was the fourth generation of music players that produced by Apple, which mix up between IPod shuffle and IPod first generation. Launched in USA on 7 September 2007, it came for replace IPod Mini which have low function. Furthermore, the special ability that made IPod Nano became the most popular during that time was flash memory and the color screen. There were six previous colors (silver, black, mint, turquoise, and berry red and rose pink) were replaced by silver, black, purple, light blue, green, yellow, orange, red, and pink.
In my opinion, Apple Japan will lose high profit from this product because they must decrease the price for the customers. Moreover, now there are new product come out name” IPhone 4G” which will make IPod Nano get low price.
